Nalini Briza Wind Jacket 

Briza Jacket is designed for cooler temperatures in the Spring or Fall. Made with 4-way stretch fabric with water-repellent treatment, the jacket has mesh inserts in the underarm area and on the back for improved breathability. The reflective logo and transfer, and the Lycra elastic binding in contrasting neon yellow improve visibility under poor lighting.  You can store the jacket in your rear jersey pocket.
