We love to run.

But it isn’t always easy.

Wouldn’t it be great if we were always motivated?
Wouldn’t it be nice if we always felt strong and fast?
Wouldn’t it be fantastic if we were never limited by an injury?
Wouldn’t it be wonderful if we always had perfect weather for every run?

Well, unfortunately, that’s not the real world. There are lots of things we have no control over.
Sometimes we’re tired and unmotivated.
Sometimes, “We just don’t have it.”
Sometimes we’re hurt or injured.
And sometimes the weather is bad.
So we just work around the things we can’t control.

We can, however, control a lot of things.
We find the best shoes.
We buy the best tracking and timing gadgets.
We follow the best training plans.
We encourage and motivate one another.
And, of course, we always maintain the best nutrition…

Or do we?

Although we have control over what we eat, it is all too common that the circumstances of our lives and our other commitments cause us to fail in our nutritional choices.

Nutrition is both the most important and the most neglected aspect of our runners’ lifestyle.

So if you really want to take control of your nutrition you should ask yourself an important question.
“Am I certain that I am getting the essential vitamins, minerals, and nutrients that I need every single day in order to support my training and achieve the goals I have set for myself?”

Give your body what it needs to have endurance for life.
Essential vitamins, minerals, and phytonutrients with health and performance benefits supported by real scientific data.

You decide. Take control of your nutrition.
